Affiliate Marketing Partnership Manager - France (up to 50% remote) (d/f/m)

Partner Growth - full-time - Munich

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Partnership Manager for our French Market with min. 2 years experience in Digital, e-commerce and Affiliate Marketing (50% remote). This position is a parental leave coverage and thus limited to one year for now. Come join our team in Munich working with the top brands in Fashion, Home and Beauty! 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Your primary focus will be to sign and launch new partnerships with brands and retailers in France in the Fashion, Beauty and Home and Living industries. You’ll lean on your persistence, creativity, and drive to grow your market.

  • You are relying on your relationship skills, business acumen and prioritization skills to build a pipeline of prospects to grow the Fashion, Beauty and Home verticals on the Stylight website. 

  • You are responsible for reaching country goals by reaching out to prospects, leading successful sales calls, launching affiliate marketing partnerships and upselling advertisements and paid placements.

  • Thanks to your great client-oriented personality, you manage and develop your partner portfolio and maximize its revenue potential while keeping customer satisfaction high. 

  • You research benchmarking, network events and competitive offerings as well as collaborate with the team on new initiatives/processes to grow the business. 

  • Potential travel as needed to attend affiliate marketing and E-Commerce events in France.

Background Of Successful Applicants

  • >2 years experience in a Digital Marketing, Affiliate or E-commerce role. A focus on Fashion or retail is preferred.

  • Previous experience in Client Services and/or Account Management in relevant markets.

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Fashion Merchandising or equivalent experience.

  • With your positive, tenacious and motivated attitude you are eager to make a name for yourself in Digital Marketing - a "No" as an answer is not an option for your Sales Spirit.

  • Proficient experience in reporting & analytics, CRM and navigating internal/external dashboards.

  • You are fluent in French and English.
