Our goal is to make you feel like a Stylighter from Day 1. With the help of your buddy and your individual onboarding plan you will get introduced to all necessary tools and procedures, your team members, and colleagues from other teams.
Our team culture is very special to us and we foster it with team events like the Summer Party, Christmas Tree Decorating with loved ones, the Stylight Ski Trip, and other activities such as the weekly Lunch Roulette.
